My dog is whining like a like a little sissy cause he's itchy but then again... so am I.. -whines like a little sissy- Anyways,I had a dream. A dream to be a man of many. No I didn't actually, but I had a wierd dream. I remember just about all of it.
I was in a overly sized house, some mansion of mansions, it was wide, it was tall, it was skinny. Any kind of house you would or could of had. Filled with luxurious antique art, giant stone carved statues, long spiral railed stairways. I was confused why I woke up in this place though. I walked around the house trying to find the owner, a child, a servant, even a dog or cat of some sort. But I was rejected this thought until night came. I strolled around the outside of the mansion and slowly things came to life.
It was a rose bush, it slowly slowly grew higher and higher into the air and I stared in amazement till something changed about the petals. They slowly turned from a bright luscious red to a blood red then slowly transformed into a dark pitch black. It took form into a shape similar to human shape. I backed off and this rosebush turned towards me. I could see red eyes with small blood dripping from the thorns that surrounded it. I know creepy. It said nothing and continued to stare at me in a fixed position as I attempted to look for a way in the mansion. Its fixed position went slump. It's back hunched and its unformed mouth gave a longgggg slow gasp. The vapor of the air hovered just above it. One long dark leg with the dead petals darker then death rocked the ground, It seemed to grow even larger then before as it stalked towards me. I shot up and sprinted to the end of the corner of the mansion and another appeared. It once again gave it's gasp and it's hand reached out towards me slowly more small roses bloomed but died in an instant again. I backed up as they crept closer towards me. I thought it may be the end. Suddenly I saw a dark figure in a lighted window. I yelled for help but it left immediately from view. "This was it" I told my self. I had a regret in mind but I couldn't see what it was.
I closed my eyes and tried to calm the horse racing heart and the shaking hands clenched in a fist. I took one step back again but slipped on something. It seemed to be in slow motion, my falling grace, the gasp of the rose bush monsters, the cold air that chilled my neck and brushed the beady sweat from my face. I fell deeper deeper until when I opened my eyes I realized I could see a pint of the night sky.I sloshed into this tunnel and realized I was stunk in a well. The rush bush monsters gasped and continued to march about looking for a next meal. I sat there cold and wet waiting for my time to come untill the well started to shake. My feet were slowly pulled I struggled to stay up against the wall but I saw light shining from the crescent shaped beam. I covered my eyes wondering "What next? Whats going on?" I fell again into an underground winery. I looked around desperately for someone. I called out but no one answered. The loneliness and the creeper events were slowly getting towards me. I closed my eyes under a table waiting once again trying to think. I glimpse of an image came to me but was interrupted by a large crack. Bottles from the stairway leading upwards fell and crashed down on the floor. I called "whose there?" but no reply I crawled from neath the table and ran towards the stairs. I called again. "Whose there?" But no reply.
Climbing up the broken glass encased winery stairs and opening the door I saw no one but a giant hall. Nothing like it before. It had marble everything. Marble statues decorated with jewelry, 6 chandlers and a massive middle chandler to top it off. The second floor balcony's had drama masks on them. The smile and the sadness had always frightened me, I took steps towards the centre admiring the details of the place but I slowly heard music starting. I turned and spun trying to figure where this music came from. They grew louder and louder as I walked towards the center of the ballroom. The chandlers sparked and shot with light and it became silent. I waited, and waited, and waited for something to happen. But nothing came. I gave a sigh of relief but was broken up by the high pitched clapping that echoed the hall. Music blasted and my hands clasped over my ears. They ringed loudly, my heart was racing again. "Not again not again not again please" I begged in my thoughts. The statues they shook and rumbled and broke from it's stoney prison, the statues hovered in the air and they spiraled around me dancing to the music. I ducked and ran for the side as they swung by. The synchrony of them was amazing but all I did was want out. Till a pair of the statues carved a handsome man and a beautiful lady took hold of my arm and without any effort pulled me up and somehow I hovered I yelled at the top of my lungs put me down put me down but I was exchanged a cold hard partner as a male statue bowed and stepped aside. I yelled at him "I don't want to dance put me down, I don't want to dance this damn dance!
In a split moment the door were busted open by a power slam. A man stood with many men in armor and suits yelling in some language. Silence came and another stone man came walking in very calm. He walked down the double sided stairway as his stone feel clanked softly atop the ruby red carpet. He faced the armored man and laughed but was interrupted by a hard crack. A blade shined through his back made of what looked like silver. They dancing statues all screamed and yelled in disbelief but was broken up by a raspy yell. He took a step forward and eyed his men and mumbled something, suddenly the statues all ran and the armored men came rushing forwards. Swords drawn and a battle cry came out. I was grabbed by the arm and taken aside to hide in a small cupboard by a stone statue. He signaled a hush with a finger over his lip and he slowly closed the door but was stopped by one of the men slaying the statues. I watched as they broke to pieces of just marble but something was different. They bled, Blood gushed from those stabbed or slain, the women cried but no tears came only more blood, the vision made me sick but I held my breath and closed my eyes till I heard no more clanking no more screaming. I peeked from the crack and the armored men with silver blades were all gone. Only the bodies or pieces of marble from the dancing statues remained in rubble on the floor. The soles of my sneakers were covered in a pool of blood.
I stared in sadness as the man who saved my life was slain in two holding his possible wife.A tear shed my eye wishing this nightmare would end but my thoughts broke as the marbled man who saved me gave a call. I kneed by him as the blood soaked in the knees of my jeans. He mumbled something and pointed to the man at the very front of the entrance. I walked towards his body and searched, his body surprisingly wasn't hard, it was soft and I could feel the cloth hidden underneath the stone skin. I opened his side pouch and found a key made of silver. I observed the key and in the side was scribed something almost unreadable "Till Death..---" The rest was gone. I walked up the steps and I gave another good long look at the massacred ballroom. Hesitantly I left and opened the door the man with the key came from. I looked in and it was an armory filled with all sorts of weapons. Then there was something that stood out, It had a tree trunk in the center of the room that broke out from the ground to the floor above me. A human shape was etched into the massive trunk.
I took a step forward and the figure gave a yell. "No! Don't come near. I'm hidious!" I stared as it moved inside and begged "Don't come closer please!" I realized it was a young man, he looked around my age. I asked him "Where am I! What's wrong with this place! Why is it haunted!?"(something like that I was blabbing on and asking a dozen questions). He stared for a moment and laughed. I demanded to know what was so funny and he replied "Haunted? No No my freind, this is the way we all live! Why it's all just a curse. Being in here will cause anyone grief. See for your self!" He pointed to the wall and a mirror ripped through the wall and was glued safely to the wall. I stepped over and looked cautiously into the mirror. I saw nothing but an image ripped into the mirror. It showed the inside of a house, and bright and filled nature outside the windows. I turned and saw a dark damp broken down house with nothing but thorns and dark figures ouside. I looked at him wondering what he saw. I asked him and he said he saw him self as a king of a castle but still the same man. He slowly began how he was stuck in the tree trunk and broke out crying suddenly of a man they called Thirteen.
A doorway opened from the windows and it showed a dungeon. The tree man said "Take a sword or two, you'll need it" He smiled happily. I ignored it and took steps towards the staircase till it was appeared to be bricked up. I cursed and he said "good job!" I ignored it and took a look at a helmet. I placed it on and it amazing fitted well. I took a look at the armor and wore it on, it fitted perfectly. I asked the tree man "Whose are these? They fit perfectly." He looked at me as if I was crazy and aside "why they're yours!" I ignored him thinking he was mad. I fitted all the armor and I looked at him but he was gone. I thought to my self "Poor fools gone mad in this place." I placed my saber and dagger into its sheath and a bird appeared in the vortex to the dungeon. It's bright yellow feathers and its 'warks' chirped happily. I took a step to the doorway and was stood beside a rack of harnesses.
I looked closer and an image was drawn on the back panel of the rack. It showed an image of a knight, putting the harness on the bird with an arrow pointed to the next image. It looked as if the bird was suppose to lower it's self so a soldier could climb on. I thought ot my self this can't be that hard. After 40 mins of frustration, sweat, and being warked at. I managed to get on the giant yellow bird and cut it free of the rope. I sat there waiting for the bird to move. It stood there scratching it's neck. I frustratingly whipped the leash and it shot forward nearly throwing me off. It continued to speed through random doorways and steps till I reached a giant room. And in that giant room there was nothing but a rock. A giant rock. I looked around for a clue till a giant rumbling came. The rock slowly rose and a troll took form. It gave a loud cry and slammed its fist on the floor. I screamed and my bird warked and we both shot back out of the room and a barred door shut from the top. We sighed in relief until a pack of giant rats came. I screamed agian and it warked its wark again and we sped off again. The bird jumped and I flew in the air spinning as I watched the hungry pack of mindless drooling rats run after us.I lifted my visor as and realized I was sitting backwards of the bird. I yelled and grasped for the leash and accidentally pulled his head back forcing him to jump in the air, which lucky we landed on a ledge. It gave me a stare of annoyance and I laughed at the rats till we fell from the ledge to the other side and landed on grass.
I wondered how we got outside and climbed back on the giant yellow bird. A gasp came and a dead rosebush hand came from the corner. It warked and I yelled once again and we sprinted towards the the field immediately regretting the decision because the grass was overly wall. It stormed above us and eventually we came to a dirt patch and marched on cautiously to a barn. I opened the doors and inside it was full of more yellow birds. They slept and warked and ate peacefully even while I walked inside. My armor still intact and light as a feather the saber and dagger in its sheath. I closed the barn door and locked it tight with boards and I fell onto the soft hay. I thought to my self this place would be safe enough to sleep till morning. I rested and slumber came and brushed me away. Waking up much later fully rested I looked outside the top window and it was still dark as night. I opened the barn door and it was dark as it ever was. I yelled in frustration until callings from the tall grass came. I slammed the door shut and looked for another way out. The birds woke and warked like mad. They scrambled and dashed and broke out of the door. I was swept off my feet by my bird and dashed off madly into the randomness of the grass. We came to halt and listened quietly. I hushed the bird as it gave small cries that seemed to be asking "WTF MATE? WTF?" Small dark shadows past by in a eye shot and we decided it was best to run for our lives. We once again madly dashed off into the randomness and came to the edge of the mansion gates again. We hesitated and took a step inside till the long gasp of the rosebush monsters came again. bursting open the door they for some reason wouldn't come inside the house.
We stood in relief AGAIN. Till the shadows crept from the top. The time for hacking and slashing was now or never. We were trapped by the rosebush monsters, the shadow lings came slowly and surrounded us. I took out the sword and dagger and fought. The battle was lost the moment I was knocked off the bird. They surrounded me and held my arms down binding them with shadow. I yelled in desperation and was thrown back to the ground. It creeped above me with its glowing eyes and jabbed at my chest. I could feel it inside me and searching for something. The pain was overly agonizing till it ripped its hand back out. I saw a round shining ruby, it glowed and pulsed a small red beam. Slowly a tall figure formed from them after and it was a tall king of somesort. It stood there with a long mace, its sharp rusted armor and the stone it took from my chest. I slowly felt colder and colder. I could hear the warks of my fellow bird friend being shoved off by the shadow minions and my vision became blurry. I could no longer hear my heart beat and silence only came. I blacked out.
Then I woke up cause Maria texted me and I couldn't get back to sleep. Bizarre dream yes? I don't know the meaning but it's a weird ass dream. Anywho it took me a whole hour to type this mumbo jumbo. I just thought it might be nice to jot random crap dream down so I had something to do. Byebye. I'm going to lay down again.
